Easter Brunch at the Baltschug
On 12 April, from 12:30 to 16:30, the Baltschug Grill restaurant welcomes guests to celebrate Easter in an elegant setting. Brunch at Hotel Baltschug offers a luxurious buffet, unlimited premium beverages, live music and children’s entertainment. It is a wonderful opportunity to gather with family and friends, indulge in festive cuisine and embrace the spirit of spring.
The menu, curated by Chef Andrey Kagokin, features more than 100 dishes. The seafood bar presents oysters, tiger prawns, mussels marinated in white wine, hot-smoked salmon and sturgeon, alongside sushi and rolls. The tartare station offers beef fillet and salmon tartare. A wide selection of cold appetisers includes sea bass ceviche, duck liver terrine, salmon crudo with mango and chilli, beef carpaccio, Uzbek tomatoes with mozzarella, fresh salads and vegetables, cold cuts and a curated cheese selection.
Traditional Russian specialities include Baltschug Olivier salad, blinis with red caviar, mushrooms and pickles, pies with various fillings, beef stroganoff with cep mushrooms and dumplings with mushrooms and potatoes. A variety of house-made pizzas is freshly baked in the oven.
Soup selections include creamy pumpkin soup and sturgeon fish soup ‘Merchant-Style’. At the carving station, guests may enjoy sous vide veal with rosemary sauce and salmon kulebyaka (stuffed salmon pie). Hot dishes feature pasta with a choice of toppings, rack of lamb with lingonberry sauce, teriyaki beef, sea trout and sea bream fillets, as well as seafood curry accompanied by a selection of sides.
The dessert offering includes two dozen hot and cold creations, such as Easter kulich, Easter panna cotta with candied fruit, chocolate panna cotta, crème brûlée, lemon tart, blueberry- lavender mousse, an assortment of ice creams and sorbets and a chocolate fountain. A selection of fresh juices and freshly sliced fruits is also available.
Young guests can enjoy an Easter egg painting workshop. The children’s programme is presented in partnership with the renowned Russian jewellery brand Per Sempre. The brand has also prepared surprises for adult guests, adding an extra touch of refinement to the festive occasion.

From 6 to 12 April, guests may also purchase house-made Easter kulichi and kraffins at the Lobby Lounge Bar and Kranzler Café, crafted by the hotel’s pastry chef – an ideal addition to your festive table.
