Baltschug Afternoon Tea Ceremony

From 14:00 to 18:00 daily, guests are invited to enjoy this leisurely ritual by the fireplace in the Lobby Lounge or in the cosy Café Kranzler. Savour a refined selection of teas, elegantly presented treats and the timeless atmosphere of a cherished tradition – one that invites you to slow down and savour the moment.

The afternoon tea selection includes an assortment of sandwiches, featuring smoked salmon, egg and cucumber and Baku tomatoes with basil. The exclusive ‘Baltschug’ canapé selection offers Parma ham on farmer’s toast, duck confit with lingonberry sauce and vol-au-vents topped with red caviar.

The handcrafted sweets deserve special attention, ranging from classic French pastries to pralines and mousse desserts. Freshly baked English scones are served with homemade strawberry jam, clotted cream and lemon curd. Guests may also choose from a curated tea selection, including varieties such as Milk Oolong and Red Fruit.

The afternoon tea étagère is priced at RUB 7,000 for two guests.
