Summer at Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow has long become a season of gastronomic discovery. This year, the hotel presents a collection of eight signature cocktails inspired by the atmosphere of coastal resorts, warm southern evenings and the vibrant colours of summer.

The new cocktail menu draws inspiration from seaside destinations, aromatic gardens and the timeless elegance of aperitif culture. Each cocktail tells the story of a summer evening – from refreshing gin-based creations to indulgent dessert-style blends with sparkling wine and espresso.

For a Refreshing Start and Aperitif

• Zanzibar – An exotic composition of LAB vanilla vodka, passion fruit in three forms – liqueur, syrup and purée – enhanced with zesty lemon and finished with a splash of sparkling wine.

• Capri Bitter – A cocktail with true Italian character, combining vermouth, limoncello and Campari, softened by sweet orange and refined thyme notes.

• Russian Kir – An elegant interpretation of the French classic, blending vodka, blackcurrant liqueur, lemon, sugar and sparkling wine.

• Sun in a Glass – A harmonious blend of smooth amaretto, juicy pear and rosé sparkling wine, ideal for a romantic summer evening.

• Evening in Sochi – A refreshing composition of vodka, lemon-lime sorbet and sparkling wine, capturing the essence of sea breeze and citrus freshness.

For Lovers of Bold Flavours

• Kentucky Bumble – A daring and energising combination of whiskey, caramel syrup, espresso and fresh orange juice, where coffee bitterness meets vibrant citrus notes.

• Spicy Sunrise – An oriental-inspired cocktail featuring gin, Onegin grapefruit infusion, grenadine and fresh ginger. Spicy, zesty and highly photogenic.

• Lavender Gin & Tonic – A minimalist interpretation of the classic gin and tonic, elevated with a distinctive lavender accent reminiscent of Provence.

Each cocktail costs RUB 1,600.

Complementing the cocktail collection is an updated selection of homemade lemonades, including pineapple and ginger, blackcurrant and mint, passion fruit and pepper, peach spritz, citrus, and raspberry and lime.
