Professional Recognition: Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow Among the Best
12 March 2026

Following the annual Top 100 Business Hotels. Meetings & Events Service 2026 award ceremony held yesterday in Moscow, Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow has once again confirmed its status as one of the leading venues for MICE events in Russia.

Lada Samodumskaya, General Manager of Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow, commented:

‘It is a great honour for us to see Hotel Baltschug Kempinski included among the country’s best business venues for corporate and business events. This award is particularly valuable as it is granted by industry professionals who, like us, understand the importance of every detail.

I would like to thank our team for their seamless work, which often remains unnoticed by guests yet is critically important in the organisation of successful events. And, of course, our sincere thanks go to our guests – it is your trust that inspires us to strive for excellence every day.’

Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow is renowned not only for its magnificent views of the Kremlin and the Moskva River but also for its advanced MICE infrastructure. With 13 spacious conference and banquet halls, state-of-the-art technology and the highest Kempinski service standards, the hotel is a highly sought-after venue for prestigious events.

The expert evaluation was conducted using a unique methodology. Finalists were determined not through open voting, but through a multi-stage audit process. From more than 23,000 hotels listed with the Russian Accreditation Service, specialists from the Centre for Market Economics and the MASMI Russia agency selected venues that met the criteria for information accessibility and infrastructure suitable for events with audiences of more than 100 guests.

In the final stage, ‘mystery shoppers’ – representatives of major client companies – personally visited the shortlisted hotels. Each participating hotel team was assessed against 90 parameters, including response times to client enquiries, the quality of technical equipment in meeting rooms and banquet halls and the presentation and taste of dishes served during test dinners. High scores in this final inspection secured the hotel’s place in the Top 100 ranking.
