Oktoberfest Menu at the Baltschug

Moscow, September 2026 – Oktoberfest needs no introduction. It is a time when the gastronomic traditions of the festival extend far beyond their origins. At Hotel Baltschug Kempinski, the team continues the tradition and has once again prepared a special menu.

This year, the focus is on classics that pair equally well with a cold beer or a leisurely dinner. Starters include potato salad with aromatic bacon and a piquant dressing (RUB 850), crispy garlic croutons with ranch sauce (RUB 450) and a freshly baked pretzel (RUB 350), featuring a crisp crust and a soft, salty centre.

Among the hot dishes, glazed BBQ beef ribs with a spicy tomato sauce (RUB 2,000) are served alongside chicken wings in a hot Buffalo sauce (RUB 1,100), as well as an assortment of German sausages and kupaty with three sauces, potato wedges and sauerkraut (RUB 1,950). For fish lovers, there is fish and chips (RUB 950), while those looking to share can opt for the beer platter with crispy chicken strips, onion rings, breaded cheese sticks, calamari rings, French fries and vegetable crudités (RUB 1,350).

The menu concludes with a warm apple strudel with vanilla sauce (RUB 950) – a comforting dessert that is particularly enjoyable on autumn evenings.

To accompany the themed menu, premium draught Ayinger Lager Hell is available. The drinks selection also features bottled Bud, Ayinger Celebrator Dark, Ayinger Bräuweisse and non-alcoholic Clausthaler.

The Oktoberfest menu is available from 20 September to 5 October at Café Kranzler and the Lobby Lounge Bar.
