New award for Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow

Applications for participation in Russian Hospitality Awards-2022 were submitted by 632 hotels from different regions of Russia. The first selection was based on the ratings provided by the TrustYou system. The winners are determined based on the results of a three-stage audit by Business Solutions and Technologies (former Deloitte) and the conclusion of an expert jury. Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow received the highest rating in the Best Programme for Corporate and Social Responsibility category.

Corporate and social responsibility means high environmental standards, creation of infrastructure and care for guests with disabilities, support of charity projects, social support and training programmes for employees.

This achievement was possible due to the well-coordinated work of the entire hotel team, our customers, whose comments help us to become better, our long-term partners, first of all, the "House with a Lighthouse" Charity Foundation.
