Flowers. Symbols of Beauty

This exhibition immerses visitors in the refined world of floral still lifes and landscapes by Russian artists from the late 19th to early 20th century.

At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, flowers in art became a symbol of the era and an expression of Silver Age aesthetics. The exhibition brings together around 150 works by renowned masters including Konstantin Korovin, Isaac Levitan, Mikhail Vrubel, Valentin Serov and Alexander Golovin, alongside lesser-known but equally compelling artists such as Mikhail Shemyakin, Nikolai Meshcherin and Alexei Isupov.

The exhibition also features sculpture and decorative arts, including porcelain and glass objects, reflecting how the floral motif extended across all art forms of the era.
