Great hotel and in close proximity to all touristic places. Hotel has good facilities like swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was amazing!

Greetings from New York, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow in March 2025, and I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is in a prime location with stunning views over Red Square, and the room size was very generous and comfortable. But what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from every team member I encountered—from the doormen and front desk team, to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and bar team. Every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful. A special moment I’ll never forget: on the day of my departure, I was headed to Saint Petersburg by train when I realized I had left my briefcase in the lobby. I immediately called the hotel, and the team had already secured it for me. When I returned, everything was perfectly intact. Their honesty and care meant so much. I would especially like to thank Helen for assisting me with the lost item, and give a very special thank you to Marina, whose kindness and support stood out throughout my entire stay. From the moment she personally walked me to my room on arrival and explained all the amenities, to answering my questions each day, and even helping me book a flight to Saint Petersburg after I missed my train — Marina went above and beyond in every way. Also, heartfelt thanks to Alexandra at the bar for her warm hospitality. Everyone at the hotel made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you again soon.

This is one of the best hotels in Moscow and the view from the library room is second to none. The more I visit the more I fall in love with this hotel.
